Fee Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of admission, fee will be refunded as per the AICTE notification and relevant G.O. issued by the competent authorities in A.P. State Government.

Any amount / fee paid to the college for confirmation of admission or any amount deposited will be refunded after deduction of                Rs. 1000/- as processing charges, only if the application for fee refund is received before the commencement of the session.  However, fee paid for admission and counseling process cannot be claimed by the candidate as per the refund policy of respective CETs convenors.

Applicable for all the outstation students who have submitted application for accommodation in the available Hostel facility

In case a student submits an application for leaving hostel within the first 02 months, only two months hostel fee would be retained and the balance paid amount will be refunded to the student.  If the student stays for more than two months, the refund policy of minimum 75% charge is applicable.
